Which URL should I open?
With the default configuration, open http://<server-host>:8088/. If listenUrl uses another port or a reverse proxy is configured, use that public URL instead. The + wildcard in listenUrl is not a browser hostname.
Does the panel have multiple user accounts?
Password sign-in uses one configured credential from data/config.json. Eligible level-zero game administrators can also use their own Steam identity; see Steam sign-in. The panel does not provide local account registration or a separate panel-user administration page.
Players use separate game-issued credentials for the Player center; they can access only their own self-service data. Management credentials cannot sign into player-only pages.
Does changing a server property restart the game?
No. The configuration page writes recognized values to serverconfig.xml; properties that the game reads only at startup require a separate server restart.
Can I restore a save with one click?
No. 7DPanel creates online best-effort save copies and records their status. Restoring a save is an operator task performed on the stopped game server after inspecting and copying the files.
Why is the page in the wrong language?
This guide defaults to English at /, with Simplified Chinese at /zh-CN/; use the documentation language menu to switch. The panel has its own top-bar language menu. Switching either interface does not change the game's language. Built-in player message defaults follow the game language, while saved overrides apply across languages. Native definition names may retain the game's startup language.
Should I buy again when delivery times out?
Check the purchase record first. Delivery may already have applied; ask an operator to inspect the Uncertain record and its action evidence. Repeated purchases or redelivery can duplicate effects. See Shop delivery review.
Can I claim daily rewards in chat and on the web?
Both entry points share one claim per player and reset day. Claiming through the player center after claiming in game does not grant another reward. The reset follows Economy's configured time zone, whereas Shop daily limits use UTC days.
